Our Hooked on Hoci packages give teachers and pupils in primary and secondary schools the support they need to promote, organise, and deliver high-quality hockey lessons.


Masters hockey is the fastest growing sector within hockey. Wales has squads at all Masters age groups – from Over 35s to Over 60s for the Women and from Over 35s to Over 70's for the Men.

Whether you’ve never picked up a hockey stick before, play occasionally at school or your favourite place in the world is your local hockey club, HockeyFest provides fantastic opportunities for all abilities of players to enjoy game-based hockey, improving your skills whilst in a fun environment. 

Walking Hockey

The idea behind walking hockey is to allow people to play the sport well into their later life and not be restricted from doing so due to any injuries they might have. The simple twist on the game we love allows people to take part in hockey at a slower pace but with even more laughs.

We have partnered with Access Sport to launch our Inclusive Hockey pathway, enhancing the opportunities for all individuals to play out wonderful sport. Why should you start a Flyerz Hockey section at your club? It’s a rewarding and enjoyable journey, providing EVERYONE with the opportunity to play Hockey!

Young Ambassadors

The Hockey Young Ambassador (HYA) Programme is designed to support and recognise the commitment young people give to hockey. The programme actively develops young leaders and volunteers within the sport; giving young people a voice.

Hockey Wales Summer 7s is a range of participation focussed tournaments that take place during the Summer months. This is a great way to try hockey for the first time  with a relaxed, friendly environment.
