Shoot-Outs

involving more than 2 teams

Shoot-outs involving more than 2 teams

(5 shoot-outs for 11 a-side, 3 shoot-outs for 7-a-side)

If two teams are level on points take a series of shoot-outs each, followed by Sudden Death shoot-outs, if necessary

If more than two teams are involved, then each team will play a shoot-out competition against the other teams in the same sequence of play as the order of play in the competition but with one series of shoot-outs only to be taken by each team (no sudden death shoot-outs)

Each team must complete all their shoot-outs irrespective of their opponents’ total

Award points for the shoot-out competition (which is why you need to complete all the shoot-outs)!

If still unable to determine who will qualify (for the semi-finals), repeat the competition – involving same players, but team who took the first shoot-out will now defend the first shoot-out

If only two teams involved, take a series of shoot-outs each, followed by Sudden Death shoot-outs

If more than two teams involved just take one series of shoot-outs – no Sudden Death

Keep repeating until you have a winner
